Talent Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for our very first Talent Acquisition Manager at Attest to play in integral role in scaling our team and super-charging our recruiting efforts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong recruitment experience, who is looking to take a step up by applying strategic talent acquisition to their work. We have a great team - 32 currently - with a supercharged growth plan to reach 45+ by mid-/end-2019, so we’ll need your experience and expertise to help actualise our shared mission, purpose and goals across the company.  

You’ll be managing a wide and exciting range of roles across various departments within the company including commercial (sales and marketing positions), and will be particularly well-versed in technical and creative hiring. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and relishes the challenge of balancing an array of briefs at any given time, this role will suit you to a tee.

As the first point of contact for prospective team members, you’ll effortlessly be able to  build rapport and develop engaging relationships with different personalities, seniority levels, and backgrounds.  

Right from the very start, you’ll be given the autonomy and support to design and deliver an award-winning candidate experience – we’ll trust you to own the entire recruitment life-cycle.

You’ll be empowered to explore innovative and creative ways of sourcing the best talent for our team (including social media recruiting).  

Responsibilities and three-mindset approaches

You’ll approach talent acquisition with three mindsets:

1. Strategic – keeping the bigger picture in mind for how our team will look in 6/12/18 months; how we hire, where we hire etc.

2. Evolving – working with enough agility to skillfully adapt to changing demands for roles, as well as confidently communicate and deliver accurate and realistic timelines (also adding your own ideas, suggestions and new directions, when you see them).

3. Operational – being hands-on with sourcing, scheduling interviews (you’ll have some support from our People and Talent Executive on this), coaching and guiding our hiring managers on what good recruitment looks like, how to interview etc.

As an advocate and champion of our company culture, you’ll work closely with our Head of People to play a significant part in helping to build Attests employer brand through activities such engaging content creation and attending networking events.

  • We’re big on data, so you’ll enjoy drilling into recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks in processes as well as opportunities to target improvements

What you’ll bring to our team

  • Solid, proven experience as a recruiter/ sourcer – either in-house or agency side – hiring in the tech/ digital space;
  • Your experience (successes and learnings included) introducing and implementing successful recruitment processes in a fast-growing company
  • You know what exceptional looks like when it comes to hiring and you love creating WOW moments , covering the whole recruitment spectrum
  • An unwavering ability to manage and prioritise a large volume of roles
  • Creativity – designing the best ever experience in order to attract and recruit the best
