Client Experience Representative

We're looking for someone who wants to build their career within Client Experience and Client Management. You will be the greatest ally to our major clients, help ensure successful delivery of Client projects, participate in ensuring all our processes happen seamlessly and strive to bring our partners the very best of what Attest can do.

You will be able to learn from other team-members, get involved in different projects and learn how consumer research is conducted and used. Working hand in glove with the commercial, product and marketing teams to deliver an excellent end-to-end client experience.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Working within the Attest Centre of Excellence and helping the team with client requests
  • Learning about best ways to conduct consumer research & sharing that with clients
  • Picking up client queries that come in via our live chat  
  • Monitoring existing client surveys to ensure they meet quality & speed expectations


Who you are

You want to ensure clients are happy and having the best possible experience. You aim to understand how clients use consumer data in their day-to-day lives so you can help them leverage Attest within that.

  • Interested in learning about consumer research and how it can be applied day-to-day
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning new things
  • Demonstrate excellent client service and values being part of a team
  • Feel comfortable working with various unknown factors while always delivering what is best for the client


What you’ll bring to Attest

  • Ability to empathise with internal and external clients, their demands and situations
  • A proactive, action-driven client approach
  • Excellent communication skills, as we work very closely as a team and in joint projects
