Talent Coordinator

At Attest, we’ve simplified the exercise of gathering consumer intelligence so that our customers can spend more time understanding and actioning the results; making meaningful decisions faster and more often to grow their businesses.

We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Coordinator to join our PeopleOps team to own the administrative and operational elements of our hiring process. You’ll be the reliable engine that keeps the recruitment cogs turning at Attest.

In your first six to twelve months, you’ll be helping us double in team size, ensuring that we maintain a unique and delightful candidate experience every step of the way.   


What you’ll be doing...

Your core responsibilities include:

Coordinating Interviews. You’ll be relied upon to tactfully schedule a large volume of interviews ensuring that they happen on time, and that relevant resources and information are provided and communicated to those involved.

Delivering a WOW candidate experience. Interviewing can be incredibly nerve-wracking, so you’ll be trusted to implement our carefully designed experience for applicants; we’ll also need your input how we can improve the experience. Whether it be meeting and greeting candidates, taking them on a tour of our offices; or sending candidates an email to make sure they’re sufficiently prepped ahead of their interview, we’ll count on you to take an empathetic and compassionate approach to hiring.

Talent Marketing and Branding. Managing and promoting our exciting roles across various job boards, social platforms, and internally, and also attending external events.

Gathering candidate feedback. We’ll count on you to collate assessment feedback from the hiring panel about candidates, as well as feedback from candidates about their interview experience with us.  

Optimising for efficiency. Staying up-to-date with talent attraction trends and providing recommendations on new tools, processes; as well as suggestions on how we can continually experiment and improve our candidate experience and hiring process.


Who you are...

Incredibly organised. You’ll be juggling a variety of different tasks at pace and keeping many plates spinning simultaneously.

Hospitable and friendly. You’ll be one of the first Attesters candidates interact with so  you’ll be expected to make everyone feel welcome.

Flexible, calm and confident. Plans sometimes change at the last minute, but you’ll be able to effortlessly recalibrate and execute the task at hand with a positive attitude.

Self-starter. You’ll use your natural sense of initiative to take ownership of work and getting things done.


What you’ll bring to Attest...

Diary management skills. You’ll demonstrate your ability to skillfully juggle complex diary management to schedule candidate interviews and assessments.  

Startup/ scale-up experience. You’ll have to be comfortable working in a fast-paced – often ambiguous – environment as things move quickly here.  

First-rate communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrable ability to communicate confidently and empathically both verbally and in writing, with a dynamic range of internal and external stakeholders; managing multiple  – sometimes conflicting – interests.

Administrative excellence. Experience administering and optimising an ATS and or a CRM system highly desirable but not essential.
